Ben Giddens MRICS
During a property career spanning almost 30 years, Ben has spent more than 20 years working on major regeneration and development projects, including holding senior development roles at Wembley Park, Brent Cross Town and Earls Court.
His experience spans planning, design, masterplanning, funding and development strategy, commercial optimisation, acquisition & disposal work and project delivery.
He has led multidisciplinary teams and worked with a wide range of public sector, board-level and political stakeholders.
This experience provides Conflux Land & Property with a practical understanding of how complex development projects are shaped, secured and delivered.
Dr Felix Robbins
Felix brings over two decades of architectural experience across major urban regeneration schemes, public sector projects, and a diverse range of residential and commercial sites at a variety of scales.
His focus centres on rapid early-stage design testing, residential capacity studies, spatial research, and strategic planning implementation.
He leads and supports multidisciplinary design processes that bridge high-level commercial strategy with practical, budget-conscious architecture.
Working through a-project, Felix provides Conflux Land & Property with the architectural rigour needed to test viability, navigate site constraints, and unlock strategic project potential with high-quality design outputs.
