Involvement
During 11 years at Quintain, Ben spent 7 of these as Executive Director of Development at Wembley Park, playing a leading role in the development and evolution of the 85-acre Wembley Park regeneration project.
It was at Wembley where Ben and Felix first worked together, with Felix leading the highly successful 1,400 home North West Lands masterplan for Make architects.

Leading the outline design and planning strategy for more than 6,000 consented homes, achieving a 100% approval record at planning committee.
Overseeing the detailed design and planning for over 3,000 homes across Build-to-Rent, private and affordable tenures.
Negotiation of multiple innovative, market-leading and commercially focused S106 agreements.
Leading multiple land and leasing initiatives, including hotel, office, retail led transactions and developments.
Leading and motivating a large internal team and an extensive network of external consultants.
Twenty cranes were on site when Ben left Quintain.
