Ben spent four years at Earls Court as Director of Development & Masterplanning. During his tenure, this landmark 40-acre, 7.5 million sq ft London scheme secured unanimous resolutions to grant planning permission at both boroughs’ planning committees.

Key highlights included
Leading the design development for the hybrid planning application, including 1.5 million sq ft of detailed proposals within the wider 7.5 million sq ft masterplan.
Providing strategic guidance through complex planning negotiations and the Section 106 process, engaging with 2 London Boroughs and the GLA at both officer and political levels.
Contributing across the development process, including board reporting, financial analysis, team leadership and testing development phasing & delivery options.
Helping shape a scheme and design approach recognised through awards for design, stakeholder engagement, sustainability and climate action.
