Felix provided specialised architectural technical consultancy for the Silvertown Quays masterplan in East London (Lendlease / GLA, Prior + Partners). His role focused on testing scale, massing, residential plot efficiency, and character across multiple design iterations for the strategic waterside site.

Applying deep technical insight to residential plot constraints and opportunities, benchmarking efficiency, and embedding floorplan logic that maximised residential capacity while capturing the unique value of the waterfront setting.
Bringing spatial rigour to plot configurations - including courtyard layouts, building orientations, and public route alignments - to balance public realm benefits with commercial viability across up to c.6,500 homes.
Testing emerging outline frameworks with advanced digital tools and strategic technical analysis to ensure that masterplan plot parameters could be effectively realised in future detailed planning applications.
