Ben spent 3 years as Development Director for Brent Cross Town, a 180-acre regeneration partnership with the London Borough of Barnet which, in time, will deliver 6,700 homes and 3 million sq ft of commercial accommodation.

Key highlights included
Leading a small team to produce the analysis and a 1.5 million sq ft concept masterplan that JV partners, LB Barnet, relied upon to acquire Brent Cross Retail Park as a covered land play.
Promoting a forward-funded and plot-sale strategy for non-core plots to help establish early critical mass and generate plot receipts, including instigating the student accommodation disposal to Fusion.
Initiating and leading the concept re-masterplanning of the Eastern Lands, which will deliver c.3,000 homes and require the reprovision of two schools and a large foodstore.
Leading three affordable housing Financial Viability Assessments and making several strategic amendments to the existing outline S73 planning consent.
